Agos Boracay: Rooms + Beds – A Better Second Time

Agos Boracay: Rooms + Beds – A Better Second Time

My second visit at Agos Broacay Rooms + Beds had been over all pleasant just like in 2015. I can also say there have been more positive improvements from my last visit. The rooms are still quiet and spacious as I remember. The garden’s more tamed now too. 🙂

Locating this hotel is always easy as it is accessible right by the main road in Station 2. E-trikes ply the road 24/7 from the port so reaching the hotel poses no problem at all. Agos Boracay is connected from the main road by a concrete set of stairs. If you have heavy luggage, just ring the bell and the staff will come down to help you. 🙂

Breakfast is still free and is now being served just a few walks away from the main building. We didn’t have to go outside anymore. Before, breakfast vouchers are given to a partner establishment near the beach so guests still need to dress up and go outside. That would have been a problem if it rained or flooded outside. I just hope that they would not encourage smoking in the dining area since not all guests are smokers. I had to move away when the other restaurant patron starting smoking :/.

The staff were better trained – all were courteous and smiling. I didn’t feel it was forced. They were genuine in doing their jobs on point. I hope to stay here again when I visit the island next year! 🙂

Grounds
During my first visit, the hotel’s center garden was rather unruly. Though this for me, added a certain charm to the place. Now, it still looked the same but is more prim. It almost had a romantic feel to it, specially at night. <3

Rooms
What I liked about Agos Boracay’s rooms are all were spacious. The rooms were designed for big groups and families. There were enough moving space for everyone. Unlike in other accommodation in the island, space was never an issue at this property. 🙂

Guests can choose among the following room types: Superior Double, Superior Room, Deluxe Room, Family Room and Family Room with View. The hotel also offers discounts for long term stays (weekly or monthly basis) for a numbe
r room types.

Agos Boracay Rooms + Beds is a good choice if you would like a place to stay in Boracay which is not right on the beach but not too far to give you the seclusion you are seeking.
